At Cella Artfolio, the goal has always been to provide clients with the highest quality photography experience while also keeping delivery efficient, modern, and accessible. As part of an updated workflow and in response to the growing demand for fast, secure, and environmentally conscious services, Cella Artfolio does not provide standard printed photograph delivery. All photography sessions and final edited images only are delivered digitally (electronically) through secure online methods such as downloadable galleries, email delivery, or other approved electronic formats.

Why Digital Delivery?
Delivering photographs digitally allows clients to:

• Receive images faster and more conveniently
• Access files from any device at any time
• Easily share photographs with friends and family
• Print images independently in the size and format of their choice
• Reduce waste and support a more sustainable process

This approach ensures clients have full flexibility and immediate access to their final images without delays or limitations.

Special Needs Print Exception:
While Cella Artfolio provides digital-only delivery, I understand that not every client has the same access or ability to use electronic platforms. For this reason, printed photograph delivery may still be offered in special needs situations, including but not limited to:

• Elderly clients living in nursing homes or assisted living facilities

• Individuals with limited mobility or physical ability
• Clients with disabilities that restrict digital access
• Other circumstances where electronic delivery is not reasonably possible

In these cases, print delivery arrangements can be discussed and approved on an individual basis to ensure that every client is treated with care and respect.

Policy Acknowledgment:
By booking photography services with Cella Artfolio, clients acknowledge and accept that:

• Standard photograph delivery is digital only
• Prints are not included unless special accommodations are requested and approved
• Requests for exceptions must be communicated in advance
